iPod Touch 7, Review:
The iPod touch 7 has almost all the features you would find from a regular iPhone today. You can send messages and do audio or video FaceTime calls, all over WiFi. There is no cellular connectivity or phone app on the iPod touch but you can still connect to someone’s personal hotspot network. The iPod touch 7, which has richer graphics and two times loading power than the iPod touch 6 all thanks to the A10 Fusion Chip, shares similar hardware designs the iPod touch 6 from 2015. The iPod touch 7 has a front-facing camera and a rear-facing camera. The rear-facing has great resolution and sharpness making it great for taking photos out in nature or taking photos of people and animals, but photos taken in a dim
area will cause static to build up in the photo. Videos are great when there is a perfect amount of lighting in the area your shooting, meaning that
you won't have a hard time filming a video unless you're in a dimly-lit area.

As previously said, the iPod touch doesn't support cellular connectivity and doesn't have the Phone app, but FaceTime Audio and Video calls and
texting are available over WiFi or personal hotspots. There isn't any TouchID or FaceID support on the iPod Touch 7, so you'll have to enter your
passcode from the lock screen or sign into applications or websites by typing.

iPod Touch 7, Battery Life
The iPod touch has a very small battery and it doesn't even deliver a day's worth of battery if you use it like an iPhone. Apple claims that the iPod touch can deliver 40 hours of music playback time and 8 hours of video playback time, but there is no estimated hour time of gameplay time. But according to my estimates, you can get about 2 to 3 hours of gaming time if you play puzzle or card games, which don't consume much battery power, but if you want to play heavy duty games like Minecraft or Call of Duty, you're only getting 30 to 70 minutes of gaming time. And don't even think about playing games while your iPod touch is charging: the small battery inside the iPod touch can be severely damaged or can even possibly explode while playing a game that drains a lot of juice. Or, if you're just carrying around your iPod Touch with you only for music and/or using it as
a secondary phone, you can get about a day's worth of battery life.

Who's the iPod touch for?
So, where does the iPod touch belong? In my opinion, I think teens and adults are the audience for the iPod Touch, but not children. Little children are often sometimes though to go together with the iPod Touch, but really in my opinion, children don't necessarily need the iPod touch. The iPod Touch is more connected to a phone, and children would probably be just fine with their Nintendo Switch, Nintendo Switch Lite, or their tablet.
Teens and adults, on the other hand, are the perfect audience for the iPod touch. Teens and the iPod Touch go together like peanut butter and jelly; they can have it alongside with their Apple Watch SE with cellular, bringing great music and video playback time on one charge, and also a source for communicating. Adults and the iPod touch also go together like peanut butter and jelly as well; they will find the iPod touch great as a workout device, music and video player, and a secondary iOS device. And the other audience are Android users. The iPod touch introduces them to the world of iOS and Apple. They have access to FaceTime, Apple Music, iTunes, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, Health, iMovie, GarageBand, and more!

Which iPod Touch Should You Buy?
The iPod touch comes in 6 different colors: Space Gray, Gold, Silver, Pink, Blue, and (PRODUCT)RED. And there are three different storage options: 32GB for $199, 128GB for $299, and 256GB for $399. It's up to you or the person you're buying it for how much storage to choose from. But my recommendation is that if you're only getting the iPod touch for streaming music, then the 32GB would be the best choice. If you're getting it for a teen, for yourself, or an Android user, then you'll have to decide whether to get the 128GB or 256GB, but if you know that you'll be using the iPod touch as your secondary phone, then the 256GB iPod touch would be the best choice.
